Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Fredinax Tech website at fredinax.com and our products and applications, including Calculate84 AI (together, the “Services”). Please read them carefully. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes may be posted on our website and within our apps, so please check regularly — the most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Services after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (Calculate84 AI)

For auto-renewing subscriptions purchased within our iOS apps, the following terms apply:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the renewal.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime via your Apple Account settings. To avoid being charged, this must be done at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Intellectual Property

Fredinax Tech and its licensors exclusively own the Services and all associated intellectual property rights. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary notices. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Services solely in connection with your permitted use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to — or attempt to — do any of the following:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures;
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services or our providers’ systems;
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used to provide the Services;
• Interfere with any user, host, or network — including by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing;
• Access or harvest content using any automated means (spiders, robots, crawlers, scrapers, or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
• Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, or spam;
• Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”.

AI Features and OpenAI

Calculate84 AI uses a large language model (LLM) provided by OpenAI to enhance its computational and analytical capabilities. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to this integration. Your use of the LLM is also governed by OpenAI’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently verified.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fredinax Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fredinax Tech regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
